Each home, designed and built, emphasizes the creation of distinctive elevations, utilizing brick, siding, stone, stucco, and other unique materials
- All elevations, colours, styles, details and materials are predetermined throughout the site and under architectural control
- All windows to be vinyl with double-glazing and thermal-pane insulated low E argon filled glass windows, with a 25-year warranty. All operating windows to have screens in habitable areas
- Roof to be a 25-year self-sealing asphalt shingles, to be installed on top of ¾” plywood sheathing
- Exterior weatherproof electrical outlets in the front and the rear of the home located near the doorway
- One weatherproof electrical outlet in the front porch soffit for Christmas lights
- Prefinished insulated Aluminum garage doors with factory paint finish (Glass feature as per plan)
